What is it?

Technical mindfulness is the state in which one is focused and aware of what is happening in the present, in the present, in the now.

This awareness arises when we do not intend to change what we perceive so far, “doing” mindfulness, that is, we are more aware of the thoughts, feelings and physical sensations that we experience every moment, we allow ourselves to exist as it is and experiences the “now”.
