ABHAYA DYNAMIC FLOW
Dynamic practice that satisfies even the most demanding students. It focuses on alignment, the deep awareness that comes from connecting with our deepest heart desire (Iccha) and balance. Level 2-3
ABHAYA HATHA YOGA
Dynamic postures (asana) are taught with emphasis on proper alignment and breathing. Awakens the body’s vital energy (prana), strengthens, and balances the nervous, hormonal, and circulatory system. Mild level.
ABHAYA DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT
Dynamic postures (asana) are taught with emphasis on proper alignment and synchronization with breathing. This connection of breathing and movement guides the student to a system of physical and energy alignment, which leads him to discover all his hidden potential both during and after the practice. All levels
ABHAYA YOGA THERAPEUTIC
Proper alignment is essential for good Yoga practice and also heals the body. Special stretches of dynamic alignment are therapeutic for pain in the waist, neck, shoulders, knees and ankles. We teach our muscles a new action that supports proper body alignment and locking function. All levels
Aerial Yoga is a new unique way of training that offers muscle strength by contributing to proper posture through gravity. The upright postures of aerial practice depress the vertebrae and relax the heart. Aerial Yoga, in addition to improving mood and releasing tension, helps us to overcome fears, gives a feeling of freedom, builds a strong body and increases concentration.
Appropriate for beginners and experienced students who enjoy a gentle pace, these classes develop body awareness, while teaching alignment in all the basic asanas and breathing techniques. Here we become familiar with the connection between the physical and energetic body.
For more intermediate and advanced students, these classes build strength, stamina, increased balance, and body awareness. Students must already know sun salutations and basic posture alignment. Here we deepen our practice as well as our connection to our physical and energetic body.
3 For students who have prior yoga experience and are able to work on intermediate poses, backbends, and inversions, this class will take you to the next level. Before you attend for the first time, please make sure you meet the teacher and obtain her permission. Be ready for a challenging work-out.
