ABOUT VASILIS
His first contact with yoga was in a gym in 2006, but he didn’t like it at the beginning. Certain injuries led him to a proper studio to find cure, and since then he’s a keen follower. Having followed different teachers, he is in NYSY since 2014, he got a 500H RYT diploma with Vivi Letsou in 2017, and continues his education. Yoga is something you can sweat, heal yourself, and have fun at the same time. Vinyasa is his favorite style, on mat and in everyday life, trying to combine design, travelling, and teaching.
