Jo and Paz, who have been married for 17 years, will be introducing the core teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh to gently guide us to see life more clearly, let go of our self judgments and to bring deep listening and compassionate speech and actions into our daily lives.
The workshop will include interactive dialogues, exercises, bodywork and meditations.
