BASI Pilates Mat Course – 130hr

Education Program:
The Foundation Program is typically taught during the first 6 mornings of the Educational Program. These 24 hours can span from the 1st week to the first 2 days of the 2nd week. Sometimes, the material is taught during the 1st week, in 5 or 6 mornings.
Week 1st: November 10-12, 2023 – 30 hours
9 am-1 pm (with a break)
Instructor: MARO STOGIANNIDOU, BASI Pilates Faculty
Anatomy Saturday: December 16-17, 2023 – 10 hours
Saturday: 2:00 pm-7:00 pm, Sunday: 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Instructor: GIANNIS NTATIS, Physiotherapist
Week 2nd: January 12-14, 2024 – 30 hours
9 am-1 pm (with a break)
