3 Hours Yamuna Body Rolling Workshop

1. Introduction to the principals of body rolling technique,
* Introduction to all 5 balls (different size and texture)
* Overview of the benefits of this method -blood circulation, pain release
* Lengthening of fiber muscles, bone density stimulation, total wellbeing
* Empowering correct breathing and meditation while being present at the moment.
2. 70 minutes YBR class working the front and the back of the body from head to toes using YBR balls.
10 minutes break
3. Releasing the lower part of the body -hamstring/quadriceps and Psoas muscle using the ball and our body weight together with proper breathing
5 minutes break
Upper chest & shoulders release -working with the ball to release the front of the sternum, pectoralis and the back- shoulder blades , trapezius – this is a deep work that releases tension, pain and help you gain mobility and deep breath in only few minutes.
Ending the session with up the spine – a routine that combines holistically all parts of the body.
