Workshop Description
This workshop will focus on how Back Extension is viewed, cued and performed in the BASI Pilates repertoire.
Correct articulation of the vertebrae, correct sequencing with the scapula and shoulder girdle, mobility vs. strength and last but not least, the role of the breath in the execution on back extension.
Exercises will range from fundamental to advance on both Mat and BASI Systems Equipment.
