1. If you are a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Graduate, from a school other than NYSY, this program will serve as a bridge onto NYSY´s Higher Education programs and Abhaya Teacher Training programs.
It will help you acquire a strong understanding of the principles of Alignment in each asana, and strengthen your practice.
We will review the empowering philosophies of Buddhism, Tantra, and the Abhaya 6 Steps for Fearless Practice and Life.
Get ready for a powerful shift of your life and yoga practice into new amazing directions.
2. If you are a NYSY 200 hour TT graduate, this program will help you to understand the principles deeper and apply them in a stronger way during your asana practice.
Be ready to align in a stronger way and elevate body, mind, and heart into a new level of power and awareness.
The tools you will receive in this training will enable you to augment your strength and talents and blossom in brand new and surprising ways.
Abhaya yoga is an invitation to live with the highest code of Ethics, Buddha´s and Patanjali´s Eighfold Path, which we will study and put to action together in our lives.
Thus we build the ´Adamandine Body and Heart´ which is the promise of Hatha Yoga.
