Join Sue Elkind in Southern Greece at Zen Rocks, a pristine retreat center in the magnificent olive growing region of Kalamata in the Mani peninsula.
 
Enjoy six days of empowered yoga & goddess wisdom (hindu and greek!), swim at exquisite beaches, walk, hike, visit nearby charming villages, ancient sites and byzantine churches, or simply relax and let the magical essence of this place heal you.
 
Expect to be pampered in warm hospitality, complete with delicious meals using fresh local ingredients and the center’s own organic olive oil. Everything you may need in order to rest, relax, and immerse yourself is waiting for you here.
 
Zen Rocks is a newly opened Retreat Center owned by Sue’s dear friends Vivi Letsou, yoga teacher and long time Zen meditator, and husband Eraj, owner of Avocado Vegetarian Restaurant in Athens.
 
Double occupancy: $995 by July 28, $1195, after.
Single occupancy: $1995 by July 28, $2195, after.
 
Includes: 5 nights, 2 meals each day (brunch & dinner), 2 daily yoga classes, meditation, swimming, free time for optional excursions and/or cultural activites. Intimate retreat is limited to 15 people.

6-7:00pm Welcome Circle
7:30pm Dinner
 
Saturday – Tuesday Schedule  (Sept 9-12)
Includes 2 classes each day, 2 meals, free time to swim & explore!
8:00-8:30am: Meditation (optional)
8:30-10:30am: Yoga with Sue
10:30am: Brunch
11:30-6pm: FREE TIME – Beach/Hike/Explore
6-7pm: Yoga/Restore
7:30pm: Dinner

Sue ElkindSue Elkind, E-RYT-500, RPYT 
Sue Elkind is recognized internationally in the yoga community as a teacher’s teacher, with over 20 years of yoga experience. Her in-depth knowledge of alignment and therapeutics, along with her passion to teach from her heart, allows her students to expand their potential both physically and spiritually. Sue is an expert in prenatal and postnatal yoga and skilled in meditation. As an activist, Sue is dedicated to empowering women through yoga in all stages of life. Inspired by keeping great company, quality time in nature and her loving family, Sue co-founded DIG Yoga with Naime Jezzeny in Lambertville, NJ, as a place to nourish the body, mind and heart with yoga.
